Thank you to you and your tenants for your participation in the current PNM Power Saver program summer season.

At the bottom of the page you’ll see a downloadable version of the Move In Tenant Letter/Opt Out Card. It explains the program to your tenants and answers their most frequently asked questions.

Your tenants will be pleased to know they’ll receive a ​$25 ​check each year they participate in the program.

If for any reason they’re not happy with the program, they’re free to leave at any time without cost by calling ​1-866-471-7906.

Note: If you’ve had any change in Name, Tax ID, or Ownership of the property during the last year, please let your representative know.
